Founded in 1988 and currently headed by Dr. Gerhard Weiß, the Artificial Intelligence/Cognition Group deals with theoretical and practical aspects of computationally intelligent systems. The group's main research foci are in the areas of agent and multiagent technology, knowledge and ontologies in open environments, and spatial cognition and neural networks.
Proposals from academia and industry regarding research- and application-oriented cooperations are welcome.
